"The MiraWood 7-Year Guarantee" applies to residential customers only. This Guarantee is transferable. We guarantee that your woodwork will stay as shiny and easy to clean as the day it was completed for 7-years, with a simple list of sensible exclusions:

* Additional nicks and scratches

* Fire or flood damage (ongoing water leaks as well as external flooding)

* Not following recommended care instructions and cleaning with mild products * Smoking in the house (won't damage the finish, but will make it dull and sticky) * Using abrasives, cleaning product concentrates or oil based products

* Solvents such as nail polish remover, etc.

What If We Get Nicks and Scratches?

An inexpensive touch-up service is available to repair any new damage from children, pets, etc. Call for details.

When your sales representative gives you a detailed, written estimate, they will make notes for our service people regarding the desired start and finish time. For example, if we start on a Monday morning and promise to complete the work by Monday at 4:30 p.m. so everything is back in place by dinner time -

The service team will have a special credit card to give you to use at your choice of restaurant.

*We can't guarantee that we will finish every kitchen or woodwork project in less than a day - sometimes with specialized finishes or extremely large or greasy projects it takes more than a day. You and our team have a timeline to plan with up front...no surprises.
